• Rollover: The standard rollover for the welcome bonus is 5x (five times) the bonus amount received. For example: if you deposit R$ 200.00 and receive R$ 200.00 in bonus funds, you will need to place a total of R$ 1,000.00 in bets to unlock the bonus for withdrawal.
• Timeframe: The welcome bonus has a 30-calendar-day window to be used and for the rollover to be completed, starting from the moment it is credited. Bonuses not used within this period will be automatically cancelled.

• Odds and markets: The odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed are the odds that apply. Any subsequent changes in odds do not affect bets that have already been confirmed.
• Cancelled events: If an event is canceled before it begins, all bets are fully refunded. If canceled after it has started, bets are settled based on the results recorded up to the point of interruption, in accordance with the specific rules of each sport.
• Postponed events: Bets on events postponed beyond 48 hours from the originally scheduled date are automatically refunded.
• Parlay bets: In parlay bets (multiples), if one selection is cancelled or refunded, that selection is removed from the ticket with odds of 1.00 and the remaining selections stay valid.
• Odds errors: R7Casino reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that were clearly incorrect due to technical or human error.
